Operations Associate, Manufacturing and Digitisation

Position Overview:Keerthi Holdings Pvt Ltd, operating its PCB business as Keerthi Circuits, is seeking a high potential Operations Associate who will report directly to senior leadership. The role is for an engineer with factory comfort, analytical ability, learning agility, and ambition to take on broader responsibility.

The role combines manufacturing exposure, operational analysis, execution tracking, and process digitisation. The candidate will work with production, quality, purchase, stores, planning, maintenance, finance, and leadership teams.

This is not an administrative or office only analytics position. The candidate must understand problems on the factory floor and use data, digital tools, and structured thinking to help solve them.

Key Responsibilities· Spend regular time on the factory floor to understand processes and operating problems

  • Collect and validate operational data with the teams that generate it
  • Build dashboards, reports, comparisons, and basic scenario evaluations
  • Track output, yield, rejection, rework, downtime, delivery, and material availability
  • Support process digitisation and ERP workflows using generative AI and other tools
  • Record decisions, actions, owners, and timelines, and ensure follow through

The role requires combining factory observation with analytical problem solving rather than working only from reports.

  • Grow into general management responsibility based on judgment and reliability

Candidate ProfileEducation and Experience· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, B.Tech or B.E., in any discipline

  • Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or another physical operating environment

Skills and Competencies· Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong analysis of operational, financial, and performance data
  • Ability to connect data with factory activity, identify root causes, and recommend practical actions
  • Hands on use of generative AI tools beyond basic chat
  • Ability to use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools for analysis, automation, internal tools, or ERP improvement
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools are useful but not mandatory
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar software independently and apply it to business problems
  • High integrity, professional judgment, and evidence of ownership

Preferred Background· First preference for Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • Other engineering disciplines considered with strong plant or physical operations exposure
  • Factory experience in process manufacturing, automotive, heavy industry, electronics, chemicals, or similar environments
  • Exposure to production, quality, purchase, stores, planning, maintenance, supply chain, cost analysis, or financial reporting

Location and Work Environment· Fully in person at the Balanagar plant in Hyderabad, operating six days per week

  • Comfort around chemical and wet processes, plating lines, presses, CNC equipment, machinery, noise, heat, and protective equipment
  • Preference for candidates in Hyderabad, Telangana, or Andhra Pradesh, or with a clear reason to relocate
