Data Quality Analyst – Power BI, Python & Data Analytics

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Data Quality Analyst to support global product labelling operations within a research and development environment.

The role focuses on validating labelling annotation data, identifying quality issues, analysing performance trends and driving process improvements. Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies, the successful candidate will help ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory and product safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and validate labelling annotation data to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Identify, document and report data errors, recurring issues and root causes to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor quality KPIs, including Right First Time (RFT) rates and rework trends.
  • Lead monthly quality governance and performance review activities.
  • Translate data trends and quality findings into actionable process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to improve data quality and operational processes.
  • Ensure labelling activities comply with applicable regulatory and product safety requirements.
  • Lead the Non-Conformance (NC) programme and support the management of quality issues.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Data Science, Computer Science or an equivalent field, or relevant professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, root-cause analysis or quality assurance.
  • Experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics, visualisation, ETL and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Python.
  • Knowledge of data modelling techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at different organisational levels.Preferred Experience
  • Experience working across APAC and/or EMEA markets.
  • Exposure to AI data preprocessing and agent development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with data labelling, annotation tools and associated quality processes.About the Role
