About Castler

Castler provides compliance-grade trust infrastructure for both money and software. We help enterprises and financial institutions govern mission-critical assets through independent, rules-based escrow frameworks, so that financial flows and software dependencies are not left solely in the hands of a counterparty. Built on bank-grade security standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, we are trusted by technology and risk teams across the country. Castler is backed by Flipkart, Capital 2B (an Info Edge fund), Zerodha, IIFL Ventures, and Stride Ventures, and has been recognised at the NASSCOM Fintech Awards, MINT Startup Awards, and IAMAI Digital Awards.

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Chief of Staff who works alongside leadership to drive our most important priorities and owns processes end to end, from building on our product tech stack to architecting and optimising our go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of technology, revenue, operations, and execution. Your job is to build scalable systems that turn our Ideal Customer Profile into predictable revenue. It is a hands-on engineering role as much as a strategic one; you will write code and present to leadership in the same week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys, from ICP identification through to revenue conversion.
  • Build and optimise multi-channel GTM experiments using AI tools and platforms.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
  • Build automated workflows and systems that scale revenue operations, integrating GTM tools with our core product and data.
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive key projects and strategy initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimise the full revenue funnel.
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies to keep our edge.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting so decisions stay data-driven.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and build AI-based solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Scope, build, ship, and maintain internal tools, integrations, and automations on our product stack (Node.js, Python, React.js).
  • Build AI-powered solutions using OpenAI APIs and Claude Code to accelerate engineering, operations, and GTM.
  • Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business, translating priorities into technical execution.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with exposure to AI-driven operations, automation, and business intelligence.
  • Strong working knowledge of our stack: Node.js, Python, React.js, OpenAI APIs, and Claude Code.
  • Familiarity with a modern GTM tech stack such as Clay, HubSpot, and Sendspark.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI and automation tools, prompt engineering, and building scalable workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach to decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A background in revenue operations, growth, or similar technical GTM roles is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
  • A data-driven decision maker with creative problem-solving ability.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
  • Able to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
  • An engineer at heart with an owner’s mindset, equally comfortable writing code and presenting to leadership.

Location

Delhi. This is a 100% work-from-office role.
