Junior Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Engineer to join our technology team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about software development and eager to build scalable applications while working alongside experienced engineers.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, gaining hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in application design and technical discussions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.
• Support the development of APIs, web applications, and backend services.Testing & Quality Assurance
• Create and execute unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
• Assist in identifying and fixing bugs and system issues.
• Contribute to improving software reliability and performance.Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support software deployment and release activities.
• Document technical solutions and development processes.Learning & Innovation
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and development methodologies.
• Continuously improve technical skills and contribute new ideas to the team.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong project or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
