We are looking for experienced professionals to lead our Zoho implementation, development and consulting functions.

𝟭. 𝗭𝗼𝗵𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱

𝘒𝘦𝘺 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴:

• Lead the technical development function across Zoho applications and custom business solutions.
• Design scalable application architecture and oversee complex customizations and integrations.
• Manage development using Zoho Creator, Deluge, REST APIs, webhooks and relevant web technologies.
• Establish development standards, code quality, testing procedures and technical documentation.
• Lead and mentor developers, manage technical resources and ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills: Zoho Deluge, Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, system integrations and technical team management.

𝟮. 𝗭𝗼𝗵𝗼 𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱

𝘒𝘦𝘺 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴:

• Lead the overall Zoho CRM implementation and consulting function, including solution design, customization and integration.
• Analyze business requirements and develop scalable CRM solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee CRM workflows, Blueprint, automation, dashboards, reports and integrations with other applications.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, implementation quality and timely delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop the CRM team while ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements, client relationships and opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills: Zoho CRM, Deluge, API integrations, CRM architecture, sales automation, client consulting and team leadership.

𝟯. 𝗭𝗼𝗵𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱

𝘒𝘦𝘺 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴:

• Lead the Zoho Finance and ERP implementation function, ensuring effective delivery of finance transformation projects.
• Oversee implementation of Zoho Books and other relevant finance applications based on client requirements.
• Design and optimize accounting workflows covering invoicing, banking, reconciliation, taxation and financial reporting.
• Guide the team on financial process configuration, data migration, integrations and implementation quality.
• Manage client relationships, project planning, resource allocation and resolution of complex functional issues.
• Drive standardization, team development and continuous improvement across finance implementation projects.

Required Skills: Zoho Books, Zoho Finance applications, accounting principles, GST, TDS, financial reporting, ERP implementation and team leadership.

• Lead end-to-end Zoho One implementation and consulting projects across multiple business domains.
• Oversee the configuration, customization and integration of applications across the Zoho ecosystem.
• Analyze client business processes and design integrated solutions for sales, finance, HR, operations and analytics.
• Ensure effective system configuration, workflow automation, technical documentation and end-user training.
• Lead implementation teams, manage project delivery and resolve complex client requirements.
• Establish implementation standards, improve operational efficiency and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Required Expertise: Zoho One ecosystem, Zoho CRM, Zoho Finance applications, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, cross-application integrations and business process automation.
