Role Description As a Co-Founder at SAPPMART Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a central role in defining the company’s vision, strategy, and execution. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate on product roadmaps, oversee key projects, and coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs. You will engage in market research, customer conversations, and partnership development to identify new opportunities and refine the value proposition. Responsibilities include helping shape the organizational structure, leading hiring decisions, managing budgets and resources, and establishing processes that support sustainable growth. This is a hybrid role based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building or scaling products, services, or startups.
• Background in technology, product management, or software development, with the ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Experience in business strategy, operations, or growth, including budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer and partner relationships, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
• Capability to operate effectively in an early-stage, fast-changing environment, taking ownership and solving problems pragmatically.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or prior founder/leadership experience are advantageous.
