Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with Full Stack Development expertise and strong AI/ML experience to lead the delivery of ElasticCare’s SaMD and ECG monitoring projects. This hybrid role requires project ownership, technical leadership, and hands-on development skills, ensuring compliance with medical device standards while driving innovation through AI.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Ownership

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SaMD and ECG monitoring projects.

Define scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables aligned with regulatory requirements.

Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming).

Track progress, manage risks/blockers, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical execution plans.

Provide executive updates highlighting risks, progress, and demo readiness.

Technical Responsibilities

Implement and scale Spring Boot-based microservices for mobile apps and web portals.

Guide frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python/Django) teams.

Oversee API design, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).

Optimize system architecture including proxies, databases, and streaming platforms.

Implement deep linking mechanisms for patient onboarding and clinician workflows.

Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant code for medical device applications.

AI Tools & Integration

Apply AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LLMs like ChatGPT/Claude) to enhance ECG signal processing, patient dashboards, and reporting.

Automate analytics, alerts, and physician summaries using AI.

Explore AI-driven weekly summaries and predictive analytics for patient monitoring.

Compliance & Quality

Contribute to regulatory certifications (CDSCO, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA SaMD guidance).

Support GAP analysis and regulatory strategy documentation.

Work closely with QA and regulatory teams to maintain audit readiness.

Collaboration

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, global teams).

Align work with product roadmap and customer needs.

Mentor developers on best practices for AI and Full Stack development in regulated environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 7–10 years in technical project management, with hands-on Full Stack development and AI/ML tools experience.

Technical Skills:

oFrontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, React Native, Ionic

oBackend: Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python/Django

oDatabases: SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

oAI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude)

oCloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

oTools: JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Maven, UDeploy, JUnit, Mockito

• Domain Knowledge: Experience with medical devices, healthcare platforms, or regulated industries.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled dashboards, ECG analytics, or patient monitoring solutions.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile, Scrum Master.
