Senior Salesforce Technical Lead - Development & Integrations

DawerOne
Gurugram, Haryana, India

Part-time contract

  • About 20 hours a week
  • Six months initially
  • Remote, India
  • 8:00 AM to about 1:00 PM US Eastern (6:30 PM to about 11:30 PM IST in US winter)

Immediate joiners only. We need someone who can start within two to three weeks.

DawerOne is an AI-first product engineering and technology consulting company. We are looking for a senior, hands-on Salesforce technical lead for a US-based enterprise implementation with a large AI component. You are the Salesforce developer on the program. There is no separate development team. You work directly with a US-based Solution Architect and Functional Lead, turn their approved designs into technical designs, and then build them yourself: the platform, the integrations, and the AI layer. This is an individual contributor role with full technical ownership and no people management.

You must have personally built both a Salesforce to SharePoint integration and a Salesforce to QuickBooks integration in production. We will ask you to walk us through both.

What you will do

  • Turn the approved architecture and functional designs into technical designs, specifications, and development tasks.
  • Build the solution yourself in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and triggers, and implement a complex relational data model.
  • Lead the Salesforce side of every integration: API contracts, authentication, Named Credentials, Platform Events, error handling, retries, and reconciliation.
  • Build and tune the AI layer: Data Cloud over unstructured data, Agentforce agents, and MuleSoft IDP document processing.
  • Own code quality: development standards, reusable patterns, unit tests, and documentation.
  • Define source control, branching, and CI/CD for Salesforce metadata, and confirm release readiness.
  • Lead defect triage and root-cause analysis, and support testing, cutover, and stabilization.

What you need (all required)

  • A Salesforce to SharePoint integration you personally implemented in production, for example using Microsoft Graph API, with document sync, metadata, and permissions. SharePoint administration or general Microsoft 365 experience does not count.
  • A Salesforce to QuickBooks integration you personally implemented in production, for example syncing customers, invoices, and payments, with API limits and reconciliation handled. Integration with a different accounting system does not count.
  • 12+ years of overall software engineering experience.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
  • Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, triggers, and Flow.
  • Enterprise integrations involving Salesforce: REST APIs, authentication and authorization, error handling, retries, and reconciliation.
  • Salesforce data modeling, security, governor limits, and bulk processing.
  • Proven ability to own a Salesforce build end to end as the only developer: design, code, test, and deploy.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience, including unstructured data ingestion and retrieval configuration.
  • Hands-on Agentforce experience: agents, topics, actions, prompts, and grounding.
  • Source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools.
  • Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, while owning every line they produce.
  • Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to work independently.
  • About 20 hours a week, available 8:00 AM to about 1:00 PM US Eastern Time on working days, and able to start within two to three weeks.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, or Integration Architect certification.
  • Data Cloud Consultant or Agentforce Specialist certification.
  • MuleSoft, MuleSoft IDP, or similar document processing experience.
  • Experience working with US-based clients.

Engagement

This is a part-time contract for an initial six months, about 20 hours a week, remote from India. The contract may lead to a full-time role depending on business growth, project demand, and mutual fit. That would be discussed separately and is not guaranteed.
