About the Role

DGS Tech Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, financial solutions, and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with US-based clients and teams.

The candidate will initially work a minimum of 4 hours per day, with the expectation of transitioning to 8 hours per day (full-time) within a few weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services and finance-related business processes.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.
Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce finance-related solutions, preferably Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, API development, and third-party system connectivity.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform development.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with US-based teams during PST working hours.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Immediate availability or the ability to join at short notice.

Working Arrangement

Initial commitment: Minimum 4 hours per day.
Expected transition to 8 hours per day within a few weeks.
Must be available to work according to US Pacific Time business hours.
Candidates should be comfortable with a long-term, full-time engagement.
