We are looking for an AI Harness Engineer who can go beyond prompts and build reliable, production-ready AI systems and intelligent agents.

📌 Role Details

• Position: AI Harness Engineer
• Experience: 5+ years

• Employment Type: Full-time

💡 What You'll Work On

• Design and build AI agent workflows for marketing, growth, SEO/AEO, reporting, and lead intelligence.
• Develop production-grade LLM systems using prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG, tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
• Build backend integrations with APIs, databases, CRMs, ad platforms, and internal tools.
• Design evaluation pipelines, guardrails, observability, and feedback loops to improve AI reliability.
• Optimize model routing, latency, quality, and cost.
• Own system architecture, testing, deployment, debugging, and maintenance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and system design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or RAG systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience with APIs, databases, queues, testing, and production deployments.
• Understanding of structured outputs, validation, retries, and error handling.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an early-stage startup environment.Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP, vector databases, cloud platforms, and AI evaluation frameworks will be an added advantage.
