Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client requirements, write and test code to ensure quality and performance, and engage in ongoing maintenance and enhancement of software systems. Collaboration with team members and clients to align development efforts with project goals is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that applications remain robust and efficient across multiple client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components for better performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
