About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Technology to manage end-to-end delivery of digital, website, technology, and transformation projects.
The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, client & stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk management, scope/change management, governance, UAT, go-live, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities• Own projects from initiation to successful delivery and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
- Prepare project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports
- Manage client communication, governance meetings, and escalations
- Coordinate Technology, UX/UI, QA, Content, SEO, and Analytics teams
- Manage resources, bandwidth, deliverables, and accountability
- Manage scope changes, Change Requests, and scope creep
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate UAT, QA, defect resolution, approvals, and go-live
- Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar tools
Mandatory Skills✅ 4–5 years of relevant Project Management experience
✅ Experience in IT / Digital / Website / eCommerce / Technology / Digital Transformation projects
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC
✅ Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall experience
✅ Strong client and stakeholder management
✅ Risk, issue, dependency, and change management
✅ Experience managing multiple projects
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Hands-on experience with project management tools
✅ Experience with UAT, QA coordination, and go-live activities
✅ Willingness to work 5 days from office in Bengaluru
