Information Technology Project Manager

Role Description The Information Technology Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects that support and enhance Taxcart’s global tax engine. In this full-time remote role, the individual will manage project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations; and track progress against milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, assessing risks, managing issues, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. The role also involves refining project management processes, supporting integration initiatives with customer systems, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in program management and project planning for IT or software projects.
• Solid foundation in information technology, including familiarity with software development, integrations, or cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within scope.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in fintech, tax technology, or ERP integrations is a plus.
