Position Title: Information Specialist - Full Stack Developer

1. Role Description

The Information Specialist - Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies. The role requires expertise in modern development frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions to ensure the creation of scalable, high-performance applications.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using .Net Core, MVC, and EF Core.
• Design, implement, and enhance user interfaces using Angular 12+, React, Bootstrap, and Vue.js.
• Develop and optimize server-side logic using Node.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Conduct performance optimizations to ensure application scalability.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests for backend APIs.
• Design and manage database schemas utilizing SQL Server and MySQL.
• Apply modern JavaScript principles, including TypeScript, ES6+, and OOP, for efficient application development.
• Utilize front-end build tools like Webpack or Gulp to streamline development.
• Ensure high-quality code standards through functional testing and unit testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and technical solutions.
• Keep up to date with full-stack development trends and recommend best practices.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Full Stack Developer or a similar role.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Back-end: Expertise in .Net Core, MVC, EF Core.
• Front-end: Proficiency in Angular 12+, React, Bootstrap, and Vue.js.
• Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and React.js.
• Databases: Strong understanding of SQL Server and MySQL.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
• CSS Pre-processors: Familiarity with SASS and LESS.
• Build Tools: Knowledge of Webpack or Gulp.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

4. Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
