New Product Development Manager — Devices

We’re looking for a Product Development Manager to own the end-to-end development of our wearables and audio devices portfolio — from product development and factory selection to sampling, production, and launch.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end new product development of smart wearables, hearables, speakers and more.
• Identify new products, technologies, features, and market opportunities through consumer and competitor research.
• Scout, evaluate, and manage OEM/ODM factories and component suppliers.
• Drive product specifications, BOM, costing, sampling, iterations, and vendor negotiations.
• Work with factories and internal teams on design, engineering, quality, firmware, packaging, and production.
• Manage product development timelines from concept → sampling → testing → mass production → launch.
• Ensure products meet requirements for quality, performance, cost, design, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve product, supplier, and manufacturing issues proactively.
• Stay updated on wearable and audio technologies, components, competitors, and emerging product categories.
• We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics / Wearables/ Hearables hardware product development.
• Hands-on experience working with OEM/ODMs, factories, costing, and sampling.
• Strong understanding of the hardware development and manufacturing lifecycle.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong eye for product quality, design and testing.
