Designation : Senior Software Engineer (Wordpress)

Experience Range : 5+ years

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, WordPress Core, custom themes, and custom plugin development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
• Good knowledge of WordPress hooks, actions, filters, custom post types, taxonomies, and REST APIs.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and external system integrations.
• Good understanding of Headless CMS / Headless WordPress architecture.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead-generation workflows, forms, tracking, and marketing automation.
• Good understanding of CRM/ERP integrations, API-based data synchronization, webhooks, and authentication.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and LMS-related functionality such as courses, users, enrollments, assessments, payments, and progress tracking.
• Experience or good knowledge of developing complex WordPress-based web applications.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization, caching, security, and scalability.
• Good understanding of Git/version control and development best practices.
• Experience with WooCommerce is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of React/Next.js, GraphQL, AWS, or other modern technologies is a plus.
