AM Product - Mattress and Foam

Position: AM- Product – Mattress

Reporting To: Product Head – Mattress & Foam

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product lifecycle for mattress and foam products.
• Develop new products based on market trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
• Support the sales team with product training and technical inputs.Key Skills:
• Good knowledge of the mattress/foam industry and market.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination with different teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in the mattress/foam or related industry.
