Ecommerce Manager - International Marketplaces- Upto 25-30LPA
This is a builder's role, not a caretaker's. You are being hired to take our international presence from zero to one — setting up the accounts, the catalog, the ad engine, retail media, and the operating rhythm — and then to run it end to end. You will own the full P&L for the international business: revenue, contribution margin, ad spend efficiency and logistics cost, with the authority and accountability that comes with it. There is no large team to hand execution to; you are expected to be in the seller account, in the ads dashboard and on the phone with platform reps yourself, especially in the first year.
The essentials
- Experience: 4–7 years in international e-commerce, marketplace growth or D2C export, with direct, hands-on ownership of Amazon, Walmart and/or Target marketplace accounts.
- Location: Faridabad, Haryana. In office, five days a week, alongside brand, finance, supply chain, creative and logistics teams.
- Employment: Full-time. Six-month probation. Statutory PF and gratuity apply.
- Reports to: Founders.
- Works with: Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Creative, cross-border logistics/3PL partners, compliance and platform account teams.
- Start date: Immediate joining preferred.
What success looks like
International revenue grows profitably, new markets and channels get stood up on schedule, and the business develops a repeatable playbook rather than one-off wins.
- 0 to 1 execution: new marketplaces, storefronts or countries launch on plan — seller/account setup, catalog, compliance and fulfilment all working before spend turns on.
- Profitable growth: GMV and revenue on Amazon, Walmart and Target scale while contribution margin, ACOS/TACOS and logistics cost stay within guardrails.
- Retail media and content engine: a working system for retail media, A+/enhanced content and catalog optimisation across marketplaces that compounds without constant manual chasing.
- Operating discipline: clean weekly reporting on revenue, margin, spend and inventory that the leadership team can act on directly.
- Full P&L accountability: you can explain, defend and improve every line between top-line sales and contribution margin for the business you run.
What you will own
- End-to-end P&L for the international ecommerce business: revenue, margin, ad spend, logistics cost and profitability by market and platform.
- Amazon strategy and execution: seller/global selling account setup, catalog, advertising, pricing and review generation.
- Walmart Marketplace strategy and execution: seller onboarding, catalog, WFS/logistics setup, retail media and ads.
- Target Plus strategy and execution: partner application, catalog, merchandising and ads.
- 0 to 1 launches: scope and execute new market or platform launches — legal/compliance requirements, logistics partner selection, catalog localisation and go-live.
- Pricing, promotions and inventory planning for international SKUs, working closely with supply chain and finance.
- Cross-border logistics and 3PL/fulfilment partner selection and management, including customs and compliance basics for each market.
- A weekly review of revenue, GMV, ad spend, ACOS/TACOS, contribution margin and inventory health across all international channels.
- Agency or freelancer management where needed, while remaining personally close to account execution rather than delegating judgment away.
What we are looking for
- Platform depth: hands-on command of Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus — seller account management, retail media/ads and catalog operations.
- 0 to 1 builder mindset: you have set up a channel, market or account from nothing and built the first playbook yourself, not inherited one.
- P&L ownership: you think in contribution margin and cash, not just GMV or ROAS, and you can own commercial trade-offs end to end.
- Execution bias: comfortable being hands-on in the seller account, the ads dashboard and vendor/support tickets, without waiting for a large team.
- Cross-border operating knowledge: working familiarity with international logistics, customs and marketplace compliance basics.
- Analytical discipline: strong Excel and dashboard skills; you can reconcile platform reporting with delivered revenue and margin.
- Category fit: beauty, personal care, FMCG or consumer brand experience preferred.
