Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to oversee end-to-end software development, deployment, and technical team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Oversee frontend, backend, database, API development, and system integration.
• Manage, mentor, and allocate tasks to developers; monitor productivity and project progress.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance.
• Handle server management, hosting, production deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Plan project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with management and take ownership of technical decisions and team performance.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development knowledge and practical coding experience.
• End-to-end deployment and server management experience.
• Proficiency in relevant frontend, backend, database, and API technologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with AI applications and SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
