Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in frontend and backend development, website development, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will build, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications across the full software development lifecycle. Exposure to AI/LLM technologies is an added advantage, but it is not a core requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and reliable backend services and APIs.
• Deploy, manage, and optimise applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Work with databases, data processing workflows, and reporting or analytics capabilities where required.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development, full-stack engineering, and web application development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Practical experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of databases, SQL, data handling, and application integration.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and understanding application architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging, testing, and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, or integrating AI-powered APIs into applications.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or vector databases.
• Knowledge of data analytics, data visualisation, or business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with automated testing, application security, and performance optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
