We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical direction and architecture of our core, data-intensive AI healthcare platforms. In this high-impact role, you will design scalable distributed systems and mentor a talented team of engineers.

🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Build high-performance systems with reliable integrations across internal and external services.
  • Design distributed systems focused on availability, fault tolerance, and graceful failure.
  • Implement asynchronous and event-driven workflows using queues and streams.
  • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize application and database performance.
  • Build and deploy cloud-based services using containerization technologies.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve production observability.
  • Own services end-to-end, from development and code reviews to deployment and production reliability.✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
  • 9+ years of experience in backend or software development, with a track record of technical leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go.
  • Proven experience designing and owning large-scale, production-grade distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, and data modelling.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale.
