Hiring: Senior Python Backend Engineer | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Engineer to join our team and build highly scalable, distributed backend systems for HPC and hardware-intensive environments.

💼 Experience: 5+ Years
✅ Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with AsyncIO, Concurrency, Multithreading, Thread Safety
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI (or similar async frameworks)
- gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy
- Messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
- Experience with Slurm Workload Manager (Slurm), HPC Clusters, and Job Scheduling
- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, Fault Tolerance, Retries, and Idempotency
- Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Git, and CI/CD⭐ Preferred Skills
- FPGA, Embedded Linux, and Hardware Validation
- Kubernetes and Container Technologies
- Monitoring & Observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience in Production Migrations and Deployment Strategies🔹 What We're Looking For
