The Role: Agentic AI Developer – AzureTechmax Technologies is looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer with 5+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, and Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and developing intelligent solutions that automate business processes and interact with enterprise applications.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Azure and related AI technologies.
• Build intelligent AI agents capable of executing tasks, interacting with tools, and automating business workflows.
• Develop AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Integrate AI agents with SQL databases, APIs, and other enterprise business applications.
• Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain APIs and application integrations to support AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process improvement.
• Test, evaluate, and optimize AI applications for accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement appropriate security, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agentic AI, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or another relevant programming language.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and query optimization.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs and enterprise business systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI application architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI search.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
