Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Cloud Engineering Lead to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
