Business Excellence Manager

We're looking for a senior Product Excellence professional with 10–15 years of experience who can establish and drive the operating rhythm for a software/AI product organization.

Location - Noida

Experience: 10-15 years, product or business ops OKRs and sprint experience

• Worked in a similar role with Software / AI companies
• Credibility across cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity, change management and agility
• Understanding of product / IP build and commercial models
• Master Black Belt (MBB)
• Operating Rhythm: Planning cycles aligned to long-term business goals (specific focus on product roadmap and commercial goals), ensuring regular governance / cadences, and infrastructure reviews. These include:
• Roadmap governance, including priorities, risks and timely escalations
• Release cycles
• Consistent OKRs across Business / Product metrics
• Governance frameworks – including AI deployments (RAI, Compliance)
• Cross-team (Product, Presales, BAG, Delivery) collaboration, including
• Market insights and consistent use across teams
• Leveraging partner ecosystem
• Best practices
• Repeatable/reuse approaches
• Client meetings prep – framework, quality, and consistency
• Performance tracking
• People (both human and AI)
• GTM collateral quality and consistency
