We’re hiring a Technical Lead (Frontend) for one of our clients, a leading B2B SaaS company.

As the Technical Lead (Frontend), your responsibilities would be:

• Leading the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications and Web/Mobile SDKs using ReactJS.
• Defining engineering standards, coding best practices, and actively identifying and resolving technical debt.
• Mentoring, coaching, and guiding frontend engineers through code reviews, hiring, and performance management.
• Collaborating with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to turn complex requirements into execution plans.
• Driving sprint planning, estimations, application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser accessibility.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of frontend engineering experience, with 4–5 years directly leading teams.
• Deep expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Router, and microfrontend architecture.
• Proven track record in designing Web and Mobile SDKs and scaling enterprise SaaS products in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern build tools, frontend testing frameworks, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities.
