About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications across multiple projects. If you have strong fundamentals, love solving problems, and are eager to learn — we want to hear from you.

This role starts as a 3-month rolling contract. Based on project requirements and performance, there is a clear opportunity to transition into a permanent position — details of which will be discussed during the face-to-face interview.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain web applications across multiple projects
  • Develop frontend features using React, Next.js, Redux Toolkit and Tailwind CSS
  • Build backend services and REST APIs using JavaScript, Node.js and Next.js
  • Work with MongoDB to design data models and write efficient queries
  • Implement authentication, role-based access and user permissions
  • Integrate payment gateways, subscriptions, webhooks and third-party services
  • Work with background workers, job queues and scheduled tasks using Redis, BullMQ and cron jobs
  • Follow security best practices for APIs, user data and application access
  • Debug issues, handle errors, write useful logs and test features
  • Write clean, reusable code and collaborate using Git and code reviews
  • Contribute to deployment, performance improvements and application scaling
  • Work with AI APIs and AI coding tools
