Role Description The Python Developer will work on-site at the Trivandrum office in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient Python code, implementing APIs, integrating databases, and optimizing server-side logic for performance and scalability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality software releases. The Python Developer will also participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python and general Programming concepts
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design and integration
- Background in Software Development lifecycles, version control, and testing
- Practical experience working with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) and query optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to analyze complex problems, write maintainable code, and debug effectively
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative team environment and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and cloud or containerized environments is an advantage
