From simplifying complex operational workflows to identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, you will turn real-world problems into impactful product capabilities.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who challenges conventional approaches, experiments with emerging technologies, and uses AI to create meaningful customer and business outcomes.

- Understand complex workflows across order management, inventory, warehouse operations, returns, and omnichannel fulfilment.
- Translate customer pain points, business objectives, and market opportunities into a prioritised product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making into existing and new product capabilities.
- Balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, scalability, and speed of execution.Product Discovery & Development
- Lead product discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, usage data, and competitive research.
- Write crisp PRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that enable effective engineering execution.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
- Drive backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, release management, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping, analysis, and product discovery.AI-Led Product Innovation
- Identify high-impact use cases where AI can simplify commerce operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve decision-making.
- Explore capabilities such as intelligent order exception handling, demand and inventory insights, anomaly detection, natural-language analytics, and AI-assisted operational workflows.
- Evaluate where AI, traditional automation, or rule-based systems offer the best solution to a customer problem.
- Work with Engineering and Data teams to assess feasibility, data readiness, integration requirements, accuracy, and business value.
- Define success metrics for AI-powered features, including adoption, accuracy, time saved, operational efficiency, and customer impact.
- Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and rapidly validate promising ideas through prototypes and experiments.Customer & Business Impact
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations teams to understand customer needs and recurring operational challenges.
- Engage with brands, sellers, warehouse teams, and operations stakeholders to uncover workflow inefficiencies and product opportunities.
- Distinguish between one-off feature requests and scalable problems that can benefit the wider customer base.
- Align product priorities with customer experience, retention, adoption, operational efficiency, and business growth.Data & Product Analytics
- Use SQL, product analytics, and operational data to identify bottlenecks, adoption gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Define clear success metrics and measure product outcomes after launch.
- Leverage data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.
- Monitor feature adoption, fulfilment performance, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
