Role Product Manager Oracle Hyperion Financial Management HFM

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager Oracle Hyperion Financial Management HFM to lead the strategy roadmap and delivery of enterprise financial consolidation and reporting capabilities This role requires a unique blend of deep finance domain expertise Oracle HFM knowledge stakeholder management and product leadership to drive business value and modernization initiatives across the Finance technology landscape
Key qualifications include
Own and drive the product vision roadmap and lifecycle management for Oracle HFM and related financial close consolidation and reporting solutions
Partner with Finance Accounting Reporting Audit and Technology teams to define strategic priorities and deliver business outcomes
Translate complex finance and regulatory requirements into clear product capabilities user stories and delivery plans
Lead enhancement initiatives platform modernization upgrades integrations and transformation programs involving Oracle HFM
Drive prioritization decisions by balancing business value technical feasibility operational risk and compliance requirements
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders engineering teams vendors and senior leadership
Ensure solution scalability governance controls and alignment with financial reporting and audit requirements
Required Experience Skills
10 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management HFM across Product Management Implementation Support Consulting or Finance Transformation roles
Strong functional expertise in
oFinancial Consolidation Close
oGroup Reporting
oIntercompany Eliminations
oMultiGAAP IFRS Reporting
oStatutory Management Reporting
Deep technical understanding of Oracle HFM architecture metadata rules consolidations calculations data integrations and reporting ecosystems
Proven experience managing product roadmaps stakeholder expectations and complex enterprise initiatives
Strong communication negotiation influencing and executive stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with global crossfunctional teams
Ability to bridge business and technology discussions effectively and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Education Certifications
Professional qualifications such as CA CMA ACCA CPA or MBA are highly desirable
Oracle Hyperion Oracle EPM certifications including Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred
