Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager, NoteSpark (Conversation Intelligence)
Experience: 5-6 years in product management
Reports to: AVP Engineering
About NoteSpark
NoteSpark is LeadSquared's AI conversation intelligence product. It turns sales and support calls into transcripts, summaries and insights inside the CRM, and pushes actions back into the workflow, such as filling forms and updating dispositions. It is in pilot with customers across BFSI, education and healthcare, with Indian and international language support. The next phase is taking it from pilot to a scaled, revenue generating product.
What you will do
- Own the NoteSpark roadmap end to end, from discovery to launch to adoption, and take the product from pilot to GA.
- Build the path to a million dollar ARR business, working with Sales, Pre-sales and CS on positioning, packaging, pricing and the pilot to paid motion.
- Define how AI output quality is measured, including transcription accuracy across languages, summary and insight quality, and action accuracy, and drive it up release on release.
- Manage unit economics with engineering, including cost per minute across transcription and LLM providers, self hosted versus third party models, and scale targets.
- Shape the AI roadmap, covering persona dashboards, configurable lead insights, mobile call recording, historical call processing, chat across conversations and APIs.
- Stay close to customers. Run pilots, sit in on calls and turn feedback into clear priorities.
- Know the market, including Zipteams, Gong, Observe.AI, Convin and others, and set clear points of differentiation.
What we are looking for
- 5 to 6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Hands on experience building a conversation intelligence, speech analytics or call analytics product, ideally from early stage through to scale.
- A track record of taking a product to meaningful revenue, ideally a million dollars in ARR or more, with clear ownership of the GTM motion.
- Working knowledge of speech to text, LLMs and evaluation methods, enough to make sound build versus buy calls and hold quality bars with engineering.
- Comfort with data. You define metrics, read usage and make decisions on evidence.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally in BFSI, education or healthcare in India or the US.
- Clear written and verbal communication with both executives and engineering teams.
Good to have::
- Experience with Indian languages or multilingual speech products.
- Exposure to contact centre or telephony platforms.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance for call recordings, such as consent and HIPAA.
How we will measure success in the first year
- NoteSpark moved from pilot to GA with a stable, repeatable onboarding.
- Paying customers and ARR growing in line with the agreed plan.
- Output quality and cost per minute meeting the targets we set.
