Job Title: AI Product Manager – BIM, Construction & Project Controls

Location: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities – AI Product Manager (BIM, Construction & Project Controls)

  • Strategy: Own vision, roadmap and backlog for AI in BIM and project controls; prioritise by rework/delay impact; track market and assess vendors
  • BIM & Design: Define AI agents for clash/discrepancy detection and code compliance; set ISO 19650 information requirements
  • Construction Delivery: Define agents for RFIs, submittals, NCRs; specify progress monitoring vs. site evidence; include safety use cases
  • Quantities & Controls: Define takeoff/BoQ agents; specify schedule checks and delay-risk prediction; automate earned-value and progress reporting
  • Field Adoption: Design mobile-first tools; pilot on live projects with site champions; build test sets from real project data

Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or MEP Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

At least 10 years' experience, including 6 or more in construction delivery, BIM management, planning or project controls.
