Role Overview:

The selected candidate will work in the field for the first year to gain hands-on experience in market operations, doctor engagement, and product promotion. After successful completion of field training, the candidate will transition into a Product Executive role at the Head Office, contributing to product strategy, marketing, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand MRHM Pharma’s product portfolio and therapeutic areas.
  • Participate in field visits with sales teams to understand real-world market dynamics.
  • Interact with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors to collect insights and feedback.
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in preparing product literature, visual aids, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze competitor data and market trends to support strategic decisions.Desired Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for pharmaceutical marketing and brand building.
  • Willingness to travel extensively during training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
