We are looking for an experienced SAP UI5/Fiori Consultant to design, develop, and implement user-friendly business applications using SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 technologies. The candidate should have strong expertise in frontend development, OData services integration, and SAP Fiori application deployment in SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 framework.
  • Develop responsive web applications adhering to Fiori Design Guidelines.
  • Consume and integrate OData services with SAP UI5 applications.
  • Create custom Fiori apps, enhancements, and extensions based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Configure and extend standard SAP Fiori applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI5/Fiori-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement role-based access controls and authorization concepts in Fiori Launchpad.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Support production systems and provide timely issue resolution.Required Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or SAP Web IDE.
  • Expertise in OData Services, Gateway Services, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad Configuration and App Integration.
  • Experience with MVC Architecture, Data Binding, Fragments, and Custom Controls.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BTP and Fiori deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP Workflow, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Process Automation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Experience-Based Expectations

4-6 Years

  • Develop and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications.
  • Independently handle development tasks.
  • Work on integration with OData services.
  • Support bug fixing and performance optimization.7-9 Years
  • Lead development activities.
  • Design technical solutions and architecture for Fiori applications.
  • Mentor junior developers.
  • Interact directly with business stakeholders and functional teams.10-12 Years
  • Drive end-to-end SAP Fiori/UI5 solution architecture.
  • Lead large SAP transformation projects.
  • Define development standards and best practices.
  • Engage with client leadership and solution governance.
  • Presales, effort estimation, and proposal support.Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • SAP Fiori/UI5 Certification preferred.
  • Experience in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
