Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and product line strategy for Trust and Safety offerings.
  • Identify unmet merchant needs in the Fraud and Abuse space, design intuitive payment journeys as well as interventions and bring new payment solutions from concept to rollout.
  • Optimize product distribution, merchant dashboard experiences, and self-service onboarding journeys to drive merchant activation and retention.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, high-scale products.
  • Use SQL, funnel analytics, and product metrics to measure performance, run experiments, and improve conversion funnels.
  • Leverage AI tools and platform automations to streamline merchant operations and platform performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of core product management experience, preferably in Fintech, Trust and Safety, Digital Payments, Merchant Acquiring, or SMB SaaS products.
  • Domain expertise in Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, UPI, Merchant Acquiring, or SMB payment solutions.
  • Proven track record of owning product modules, writing clear PRDs, and driving adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align with business leadership.
