Technical Program Manager - Cyber Security

Role : Technical Program Manager - Cyber Security

• Drive change management and adoption activities so that new controls, technologies or processes become operationally effective, not simply implemented.
• Establish clear readiness criteria for implementation, production launch, handoff and sustained operation.
• Track program outcomes after implementation and drive remediation when the delivered solution is not achieving the intended result.
• Maintain strong program hygiene across RAID logs, decision logs, governance forums, action tracking and executive communications.

Required Experience and Capabilities

• 8-12 years of technical program management, technology delivery, security program management or closely related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least two complex technology or security implementations from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology and security concepts, with enough technical depth to understand architecture, integrations, dependencies, operational constraints and implementation tradeoffs.
• Strong experience coordinating engineers, architects, infrastructure teams, security teams and business stakeholders through complex delivery efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and move decisions forward when stakeholders disagree or priorities conflict.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor a message from engineer-level working sessions to executive-level updates.
• Experience with risk management, change management, operational readiness and organizational adoption as part of technology implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes and identify when a program is heading off track.
