- Protect subledger-to-general-ledger integrity through reconciliations, conversion validation, controlled posting logic, and clear exception handling.
- Partner with Finance to establish approvals, role permissions, audit trails, segregation of duties, and other control requirements.
- Validate financial reporting outputs and ensure configuration supports accurate, explainable, and repeatable close processes.Order to cash and customer operations
- Design and support customer master data, sales orders, pricing, allocations, fulfillment, invoicing, payments, returns, credits, and related workflows.
- Support both owned-inventory and drop-ship transaction models, including customer-specific item references and order requirements.
- Evaluate the effect of design choices on customer service, warehouse execution, fulfillment accuracy, margin, and accounting.
- Work with process owners to define exceptions, approvals, controls, and measurable acceptance criteria for end-to-end customer transactions.Procure to pay inventory and warehouse processes

- Confirm that application design works in the operating environment and does not shift hidden effort or control risk into warehouse, procurement, customer service, or Finance teams.Configuration administration and release governance
- Configure or oversee roles, permissions, forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, approval processes, and application preferences.
- Establish standards for configuration, customization, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, naming, documentation, and environment management.
- Evaluate native functionality before approving extensions and ensure each customization has a clear owner, business purpose, test plan, and support approach.
- Maintain disciplined development, test, sandbox, and production practices with documented change control and release procedures.
- Support production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and manage an enhancement backlog based on business value, control risk, and operational need.Master data testing and cutover
- Help define customer, vendor, item, pricing, chart-of-accounts, location, and other master-data structures, ownership, approval rights, and system-of-record boundaries.
- Participate in data mapping, cleansing, conversion, validation, and reconciliation with clear acceptance criteria.
- Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios covering normal transactions, exceptions, integrations, financial posting, operational handoffs, and reporting.
- Take an active role in conference-room pilots, system and integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness, and hypercare.

- Build sufficient internal knowledge to reduce unnecessary dependence on outside consultants while using specialized partners where they add value.
- Maintain current documentation, operating procedures, configuration standards, training materials, and decision history.
- Evaluate new capabilities and enhancements against business value, total cost, control implications, operational impact, and supportability.
- Help establish a scalable ERP operating model that can support organic growth, new operating requirements, and future acquisitions.

- Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, inventory accounting, financial controls, reconciliations, and subledger-to-general-ledger integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical, supportable system designs.
- Hands-on experience with roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reporting, master data, data conversion, and test execution.
- Ability to assess operational impacts and work effectively with Finance, procurement, operations, warehouse, customer service, and technology teams.
