We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with AbbVie – Allergan Aesthetics Division, one of the leading names in medical aesthetics.
Position: Product Manager (PM) / Brand Manager
Grade: G14
Location: Bangalore – Head Office
CTC Budget: ₹18–19 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Product / Brand Management experience
Preferred Industry Background:
- Medical Devices
- Dermatology
- Medical Aesthetics / Cosmeceuticals
- Critical CareKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Drive product lifecycle management, new product launches and portfolio growth.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight studies.
- Monitor brand performance, sales trends, marketing budgets and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop brand presentations, business reviews and strategic marketing initiatives.Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare product/brand management.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, product launches and marketing strategy.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Graduate in a relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management preferred.
