Reports to: Engineering Head / CTO

ctc range- 30 Lpa (depends on interview)

Role Summary

“We are hiring a Delivery Manager who can understand architecture, not just track timelines.”

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background, who has evolved from roles such as Tech Lead / Technical Architect into delivery leadership.

This role requires a balance of technical understanding and delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality execution of complex engineering programs while aligning with architecture, scalability, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership

  • Own delivery of multiple projects/programs across teams
  • Ensure timelines, quality, and predictability of releases
  • Drive execution aligned with business priorities2. Technical Delivery Oversight
  • Collaborate closely with Architects and Tech Leads
  • Review technical designs to ensure feasibility and scalability
  • Ensure engineering decisions align with long-term architecture3. Program & Portfolio Management
  • Manage cross-functional programs and dependencies
  • Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and project health
  • Drive planning, forecasting, and execution governance4. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Manage escalations effectively5. Team & Resource Management
  • Manage and mentor engineering teams
  • Drive productivity, accountability, and performance
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects6. Delivery Governance & Process Excellence
  • Define and enforce Agile/Scrum delivery processes
  • Improve delivery efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Establish SOPs and best practices7. Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality standards and minimize production defects
  • Oversee release readiness and deployment processes8. Collaboration with DevOps & Architecture
  • Ensure alignment with:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Deployment strategies
  • System performance and scalability goalsRequired Skills & Experience
  • 12–18 years of experience in software engineering and delivery
  • Mandatory: Prior hands-on technical experience as:
  • Tech Lead / Senior Engineer / Technical Architect
  • Strong understanding of:
  • System design and architecture
  • Backend (.NET) and frontend ecosystems
  • Databases, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Proven experience in:
  • Delivery / Program Management
  • Agile methodologies
  • Stakeholder managementPreferred
  • Experience in real-time / high-scale systems
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Domain exposure (Power / Industrial / Enterprise platforms)What We Look For
