Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves collaborating with construction and operations teams to map existing workflows, identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization, and translate business requirements into actionable solution designs. The strategist will define implementation roadmaps, oversee pilot deployments, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure tools are aligned with field realities and project constraints. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing process data, documenting user requirements, designing and testing AI and automation workflows, and training stakeholders on new solutions. The role also includes ongoing performance monitoring, iterating on implementations based on feedback, and contributing to best practices and playbooks for future AI projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design to understand and optimize construction operations.
  • Experience with AI concepts, automation tools, and practical application of software solutions in business environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including documentation and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working closely on-site with operations, project management, and field teams to validate solutions and gather feedback.
  • Background in construction, civil engineering, operations, or related domains is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or an equivalent field, or comparable practical experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing projects or pilots, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
