Who We Are Looking For

We’re hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Project Manager to lead the transformation of our enterprise applications landscape across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Engagement, and Business Operations. This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 ecosystem to support global growth, operational efficiency, and customer-centric innovation.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant strategic influence. You will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring Dynamics 365 solutions are aligned with business objectives while driving best practices, governance, and long-term scalability.

What You’ll Actually Do

Your core responsibility is delivering high-impact Dynamics 365 solutions that create measurable business value. Here's what that looks like:

  • Own the full lifecycle implementation, enhancement, and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics

365 solutions across the organization.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects spanning Dynamics 365 F&O modules including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Project Operations.
  • Conduct business process discovery workshops, map current-state processes (AS-IS), define future-state processes (TO-BE), and configure Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Drive process transformation across key business functions including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Order Management, Customer Engagement, and Reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and external implementation partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Skills Required

  • 8-15 years of experience in ERP implementation and transformation programs.
  • Currently working with a consulting or advisory firm leading Dynamics 365, ERP, or digital transformation engagements.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
  • Comfortable working with senior business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Looking to move from a client advisory/consulting role into an ownership-driven industry position where they can drive execution and long-term value creation.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, or distribution businesses would be advantageous.
