Role Description

The AI Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI and automation solutions that support Axium Global’s BIM, design, and custom software offerings. Day-to-day activities include defining AI solution architecture, supervising model development and training, reviewing code and ensuring integration of AI workflows with existing engineering and architectural processes.

The AI Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across India and global offices to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and manage project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves mentoring AI engineers and data specialists, promoting best practices in model governance and data security and continuously evaluating new AI tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions including AI copilots, intelligent assistants, document intelligence platforms, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Define AI architecture standards, evaluate emerging AI technologies, establish governance practices, and mentor technical teams. Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations is required.
