We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst who can convert complex data into clear business direction. This role goes beyond reporting — it is about identifying patterns, questioning assumptions, and translating insights into measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical depth with business acumen and communicates insights in a way that influences decisions at leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and performance drivers.
  • Build advanced dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden opportunities and risks.
  • Develop predictive and trend-based analytical models where required.2. Business Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to understand analytical needs.
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
  • Present findings to stakeholders with clear recommendations.3. Reporting & Visualization
  • Design and maintain BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure clarity, simplicity, and decision-readiness in all visual outputs.4. Data Governance & Quality
  • Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Identify inconsistencies and implement corrective processes.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines.5. Performance Monitoring
  • Define and track key business metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct variance analysis and performance benchmarking.
  • Provide structured monthly and quarterly analytical summaries.Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
  • Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong statistical and analytical reasoning skills
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly
  • Business-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilityQualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics roles.
  • Experience handling large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or advanced modeling preferred.
