Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who builds and ships — fast, end-to-end, and with purpose. You will bring strong engineering instincts, a hands-on approach to AI integration, and the drive to set a new standard for how software gets built.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of significant features and services, from scoping through production.
  • Integrate AI and ML models into real products reliably, securely, and at the right level of complexity.
  • Use AI co-work tools as your primary development method and help the team adopt the same approach.
  • Write, review, and ship high-quality code while making pragmatic architecture decisions.
  • Prototype quickly, ship early, and iterate based on real feedback from production.
  • Mentor junior engineers through example, code review, and pairing sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA to deliver well-tested, maintainable software.

What You Bring

  • Five or more years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications in production environments.
  • A strong track record integrating LLMs, ML pipelines, RAG systems, or AI agents into real products.
  • Solid instincts for AI system architecture, combining application code, data, and models reliably.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding workflows.
  • Fluency in several languages and frameworks across the stack, including Python, .NET, Java, or React.
  • Comfort working across Azure, AWS, and GCP, with a cloud-agnostic mindset.
  • A bias to action, a quality-first attitude, and a genuine enjoyment of helping teammates grow.
