About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Data Engineering, AWS & AI Solutions to drive the design, development, and delivery of cloud-native data platforms and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Data Engineering, AWS Services, and Python Programming, along with hands-on experience delivering AI and Generative AI initiatives. This role combines technical leadership, cloud architecture, data engineering excellence, and stakeholder collaboration to build scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement cloud-native data platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform innovative ideas into scalable products and business solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical design and implementation decisions.
• Leverage AWS services including Lambda, S3, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, EC2, ECS, and EKS to build scalable and resilient applications.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Build and support AI systems utilizing RAG, AI Gateways, MCP, Guardrails, and Vector Databases.
• Contribute to Generative AI platforms using AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Vertex AI, and related cloud AI services.
• Implement data engineering pipelines supporting analytics, machine learning, and AI workloads.
• Drive automation initiatives across development, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, reliability, and security across cloud environments.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence through best practices, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8–12 years of experience in Software Engineering and Data Engineering roles.
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience delivering AI or Generative AI projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming for backend development, automation, data engineering, and AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in AWS services, including Lambda, S3, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, EC2, ECS/EKS, and container-based deployments.
• Experience designing and maintaining modern data engineering architectures and data pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in designing cloud-native applications and distributed systems architectures.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Event-Driven Systems.
• Experience working with AI technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, AI Gateways, MCP, and AI Guardrails.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering methodologies and AI-assisted development practices.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience developing secure, highly available, and scalable enterprise cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing frameworks, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
• Experience influencing architecture decisions and participating in technical design reviews.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and iterative development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management tools.
• Experience supporting multi-region, enterprise-scale, or regulated business environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
