💻 Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow, JavaScript, ITSM or ITOM

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead ServiceNow development and implementation activities.

✅ Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript.

✅ Work on ITSM or ITOM modules based on project requirements.

✅ Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, and script includes.

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

✅ Troubleshoot issues, optimize platform performance, and follow development best practices.

✅ Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Required Skills:

🔹 8–12 years of relevant IT experience.

🔹 Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

🔹 Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

🔹 Experience in ITSM or ITOM modules.

🔹 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

🔹 Experience leading technical activities or mentoring team members.
