About Spartek Group
Spartek Group is a diversified business group with a legacy spanning over four
decades, with interests across building materials, ceramics, sanitaryware,

chemicals, and consumer tableware.
Through its various businesses and brands, including Spartek Tiles, Neycer

expanding its market presence, strengthening manufacturing and operational
capabilities, developing new business opportunities, and adopting technology-
driven solutions to improve business performance.
As the Group continues to pursue new growth opportunities and business
transformation initiatives, it offers an entrepreneurial environment for
professionals who are keen to work closely with senior leadership, take
ownership of challenging assignments, and contribute directly to business
growth.
About the Role
Spartek Group is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and execution-
oriented professional to work directly with the Chairman on strategic
initiatives, special projects, business development, operational improvements
and organisational transformation.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that provides exposure to
multiple business verticals, including manufacturing, sales and marketing,
finance, human resources, technology, digital transformation and new
business development.

The individual will be responsible for converting the Chairman’s priorities and
business ideas into actionable plans and ensuring their successful
implementation. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable
analysing business opportunities, coordinating with senior management,
visiting manufacturing facilities, working with frontline teams and personally
driving projects to completion.
This is not a conventional desk-based corporate strategy role. We are looking
for someone who can move beyond planning and presentations to deliver
tangible, measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairman’s Special Projects: Drive priority assignments, new initiatives
and strategic projects from conception through implementation and
closure.
- Business Development: Evaluate new products, markets, customer
segments and business opportunities; support commercial proposals,
market research and business launches.
- Manufacturing and Operations: Identify opportunities to improve
productivity, quality, cost efficiency, inventory management,
procurement and operational processes.
- Finance and Commercial Analysis: Support budgeting, cost monitoring,
working capital improvements, financial reporting and business
performance analysis.
- Technology and AI: Identify and implement practical applications of AI,
automation, ERP, CRM, dashboards and digital tools to improve
productivity and decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with business heads, plant
teams, sales, finance, HR, IT, procurement and external stakeholders to
ensure timely execution.
- Project Monitoring: Establish milestones, timelines, budgets,
performance indicators and progress reports to monitor implementation
and results.
- Organisational Improvement: Support recruitment, performance
measurement, process standardisation, accountability and change
management initiatives.

sense of ownership, a bias for action and the ability to work independently in a
fast-paced business environment.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with ambiguity, learning
unfamiliar business processes, solving ground-level problems and taking
responsibility for outcomes.
Candidates who have personally implemented projects and delivered
measurable results will be preferred over those whose experience is primarily
limited to analysis, presentations or recommendations.
Career Development
This role offers direct exposure to the Chairman and the opportunity to
understand and contribute to multiple businesses within Spartek Group.
Based on demonstrated performance, the individual may progress into roles
such as Special Projects Manager, Business Operations or Transformation
