We are hiring a Product Manager to own critical trading journeys and build high-performance products for active Indian retail traders. Join a fast-growing, top-tier VC-backed fintech startup and scale systems across order placement, margins, and portfolio management.

🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

  • Own core trading journeys across order placement, positions, funds, margin, and portfolio.
  • Identify user friction through funnel analysis, customer feedback, and product data.
  • Translate complex trading behaviours and requirements into clear, execution-ready PRDs.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to prototype, build, test, and launch features.
  • Engage with active traders and communities to understand user needs and validate product hypotheses.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Prioritize product initiatives with a focus on speed, precision, reliability, and user trust.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, product definition, and execution.✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
  • 2+ years of experience building and managing user-facing B2C products.
  • Hands-on experience building products for Indian stock, derivatives, or crypto trading platforms — mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of trading journeys such as order placement, positions, funds, margin, onboarding, or charts.
  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from identifying user problems to production launch.
  • Experience writing detailed PRDs, product specifications, and execution plans.
