Role Description The Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of MIS processes and dashboards that support decision-making across Webnyay. This full-time, on-site role, based in Noida, involves managing data collection, validation, and reporting for operational, financial, and technology teams. The MIS Manager will work closely with leadership to translate business needs into meaningful reports, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure data integrity and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing MIS tools, coordinating with IT and product teams to improve information flows, generating periodic and ad hoc reports, and providing insights that enhance efficiency, compliance, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), including report automation, dashboard development, and data governance.
• Understanding of Finance concepts to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems, databases, and business intelligence tools used for MIS.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics, including Advance Excel for reporting and visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in a technology or legal-tech environment, especially in SaaS or platform-based companies, is beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
