About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of an AI-enabled enterprise monitoring and analytics platform used for condition-based monitoring and asset performance management of critical electrical assets.

This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, engineering execution, and AI-driven insights. You will own product requirements end-to-end, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that complex technical capabilities are delivered as clear, reliable, and high-value customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage product requirements and backlog for core platform and analytics features
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Scrum teams to drive Agile delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape features related to monitoring, analytics, and AI-driven insights
  • Ensure product behaviour is predictable, explainable, and testable, especially for data-driven features
  • Support release planning, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with documentation and business teams to ensure product clarity and adoptionWhat We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (enterprise / B2B software preferred)
  • Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Ability to work comfortably with technical and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Good understanding of data-driven or AI-enabled products (you don’t need to code)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, analytics, IoT, or industrial platforms
  • Exposure to asset monitoring, energy, utilities, or manufacturing domains
  • Prior technical or engineering background
